Predictions: I predicted that this book would be about a girl named Amanda and a boy named Leo who were born on the same day in Willow Falls. They have gotten into an argument on their 10th birthday. Also, I think Amanda keeps having the same day over and over again.Summary: On the day that Amanda Ellerby and Leo Fitzpatrick were born, a mysterious woman named Angelina D' Angelo with a birthmark shaped like a duck told their parents that the two newborns would grow up to be the best of friends, and that they should always celebrate their birthdays together.
Through a fluke, one year later, both sets of parents booked the same location for their child's first birthday, and Amanda and Leo took to each other so much that celebrating their birthday together in the small town of Willow Falls became a great town tradition.
Feelings: When I first read this chapter, I felt that Amanda and Leo will have a special friendship for the rest of their life. They are more than friends they are like siblings. They would be different than any kind of friendships people have had before.
